Where feedback is useful, I wholeheartedly agree.

The way to handle feedback where it isn't needed or required, and the fallout from such, is more difficult to handle, I think. We've sort of gotten into this place where people believe they should provide their input to everything, but this isn't right either. How to strike the balance?
